ZOË JAQUIERY
MSc, PGDipCIPs, BSc(Hons)
Zoë is a Clinical Psychologist who sees the potential in others and uses evidence-based interventions to support people to take action on the things that are important to them. Zoë predominantly works within the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy umbrella, often using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). ACT emphasises psychological flexibility, which helps us to have the stuff we have (thoughts, emotions, memories, urges etc.) while freeing us up to do more of what is important to us. Zoë is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. Using EMDR, Zoë supports people to process traumatic memories and other adverse life experiences. Zoë is also registered with ACC.
Zoë is currently on maternity leave.
