Shannon is a dedicated therapist, who is passionate about supporting adults and young people through their challenges. She believes in creating a safe and supportive space for her clients, characterised by her warm and non-judgmental style. At the heart of her practice is the development of a strong therapeutic relationship and alliance. Shannon provides comprehensive assessment and tailored treatment for various mental health concerns, utilising evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). With experience in both brief interventions and longer-term therapy, Shannon brings a depth of understanding to her work. She holds a special interest in supporting maternal mental health and individuals experiencing anxiety, particularly Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
